Kokoro offers the best possible affordability with authentic Japanese Stainless Steel, ensuring integrity of their blades. Proprietary vacuum heat treatment and cryogenically treatment process provides consistency in hardness and durability. Kokoro acknowledges that shears are your livelihood. The meaning of “KOKORO” is “FROM THE HEART”.
Kokoro and Nakama offers a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser with a copy of the original sales receipt and shipping fee.
Prior to returning a shear under warranty, please contact our Service Centre Shear Master, Rick Nicholls at (250) 656-8787.
Kokoro and Nakama reserves the right to inspect shears returned under warranty. The Kokoro warranty covers normal operational wear. The Kokoro warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, or neglect of shears.
Kokoro and Nakama shears subject to unknown disinfection products must be oiled after each disinfection and tension of shears reset.
Kokoro and Nakama shears serviced improperly by non-qualified sharpeners automatically voids their warranty.
